I have not been as good at keeping this blog up as I would like to be, I will have to work on it. I am getting ready for this weekends' Steampunk Convention in SLC where I have a table. It is their first one, so I have no idea how it will go, but I hope to have fun. Now that I have started to refine the type of jewelry I like designing more, I will probably put some of the charms and such, that I don't think I will be using, into lots and sell it on ETSY. I have to get serious and really design that store as well as get my web sites up and functioning. I hope to be selling on a store of my own as well as on my ETSY store. I may put some things on consignment at Holly's EBAY store also. I will let my reader know where my things will be selling.
Lasagna
This is an easy to make ahead and in quantities dish. Lasagna First I assemble my toppings And noodles. I use the oven ready noodles as they are easier and less messy Then I chop up my vegetables And add them to the pan with my meat. In this set, I have onions, peppers, zucchini, and hamburger I then fry them together until hamburger is well cooked and mixed with the cooked vegetables Next I start by putting a thin layer of sauce on the bottom top the sauce of my baking dish. Then put a noodle on that sauce and spreading another generous bit of sauce on top of the noodle. Step 1 Next I spread cottage cheese on top of the sauce and mix it together, spreading it as evenly as I can over the noodle. Step 2 Now I sprinkle a scoop of my cooked meat and vegetable mixture on top. Step 3 Then comes the cheese.
