I have not gotten a lot done on the business front this year. I am thinking of changing the name and for all purposes starting over. I will probably just start a new blog if I can not figure out how to change the name. I hope to finish plans for it this next week and make some choices on what I am going to do.

One of the things that I sold out of at Anime Expo were my mini hat that I made. This is a picture of the hats I decorated and brought with me to anime expo. This hat was a full size hat so it did not have and barrettes attached. All of the others were mini hats and had hair clips to help hold them in place. This one was dapper with feathers in black and white. This one was the first sold. It was quite jaunty with the fabric rose and peacock feathers. Lasagna

This is an easy to make ahead and in quantities dish. Lasagna First I assemble my toppings And noodles. I use the oven ready noodles as they are easier and less messy Then I chop up my vegetables And add them to the pan with my meat. In this set, I have onions, peppers, zucchini, and hamburger I then fry them together until hamburger is well cooked and mixed with the cooked vegetables Next I start by putting a thin layer of sauce on the bottom top the sauce of my baking dish.    Then put a noodle on that sauce and spreading another generous bit of sauce on top of the noodle. Step 1 Next I spread cottage cheese on top of the sauce and mix it together, spreading it as evenly as I can over the noodle. Step 2 Now I sprinkle a scoop of my cooked meat and vegetable mixture on top. Step 3 Then comes the cheese. Fairy Swap Pages Yesterday I finally got started on creating my Fairy Swap pages. My granddaughter Aryn (5) and I used the different cutting devices that I had and cut a huge pile of images out. We also cut the main pages out so that they were the right shape. With all of the tools I have, I know longer have a straight edge cutter! So we had to do them by hand with a pair of scissors. This morning I wrote the poems and verses, then went down to my work area to assemble my fun projects. The glue I had must be old as it was not sticking well, so I decided on putting a finish on them. The third one was the charm and I think these will be ready to mail off soon. I ended up doing 9 page back and front. Here is just a sampling of them.
